One of the very few HONEST agents out there....
I rented my property out through J&D and have found them to be excellent. The service I received was great, the staff were friendly and my property was let out promptly with no void periods. Whats even better is that a previous offer was taken but we were advised by j&d to decline the offer as they felt the tenants were misleading. This was a difficult choice as I ws eager to let my property and their references on paper appeared to be in order in my eyes. We decided to decline the offer trusting their judgement as we had not met the tenants ourselves. I went on to find out a little while later through another agency who ended up renting a property to those very tenants, that they had defaulted on their rent and had caused damage to the property! I was extremely happy that I had trusted their judgement and would definitely recommend them, so much so that we have given them exclusivitey to our entire portfolio

No nonsense and efficient
We just recently rented a property with J&D Rentals, and found the experience to be quick and easy, and absolutely trustworthy. We've had some very shady experiences in the past with agencies and landlords, and this was nothing like that at all. From first flat view to move in date it took less than 3 weeks and the agent went out of his way to make sure we were 100% comfortable with the entire process step by step.

Great Service
We are very impressed with the service provide by JD property rentals, they found us tenants quickly and have been really helpful in sorting out references, furniture, the check in and even found us a contractor to carry out some alterations. We have no hesitation in recommending them and have already done so.

Efficient Service
"Justin has been highly proactive in ensuring a smooth transition to the new property. He has made himself available outside of working hours and has conducted himself in a professional manner demonstrating a good knowledge of the J&D Process. Although we moved in at very short notice I do feel that the standard of 'professional' clean that had taken place was poor. A number of the blinds are stained and dirty and the floors in the upper level have obviously not been cleaned. In addition there are a number of minor repairs required which I hope will be actioned over the coming week. In this sense I feel that J&D could improve by inspecting properties prior to move in or changing their contracted cleaners."
